Bagneux (Paris)

The project, located south of the French capital, consists in the creation of 193 appartements divided into 8 buildings. It is spread over 5 levels with penthouses and 2 levels of basements dedicated to the parking of vehicles and technical rooms.
The 193 appartements will be divided as follows: 163 private appartements  and 30 social housing in a building with independent access. The challenge of the project was to fit into a significant height difference (4 meters) that today separates two very different urban fabrics: from the system of terraced houses in the north, side rue des Blains, and the collective housing "Hauts de Seine Habitat" to the south, side Allée de l'Abbé Grégoire. The variety of the site makes it possible to respond to a multiplicity of challenges, including those of urban discontinuity and density.
