Located within the historical fabric of the town of Montescaglioso, Res-Lab combines the functionality of a production site with the comfort of a small restaurant. In addition to the large craft beer production laboratory, there is a small kitchen and a counter for tapping the beer produced.  “Res Lab is the result of a redevelopment project of a cellar inserted in the area of historical and cultural interest of the Benedictine Abbey of S.
